in bnha's universe at least 80% of the population has a quirk. shinsou's quirk is called 'brainwashing' where she can mind control anyone so long as they respond to her verbally. the complete limitations of this quirk are unknown, but it is established that she can control up to a handful of people at a time and the only way to break free of her quirk is either she releases the person or they are hit with a force (like bumping into a wall or knocking their arm against something).

shinsou makes a habit of not using her quirk outside of dangerous or fight situations (but she does have a teasing streak). that being said this is a complete opt-out post for anyone uninterested in ever being under her quirk control. of course i will always ask beforehand if shinsou might use her quirk but if you'd like to throw in your name before that then here we are.
